MAX MILLER

Max Miller is the Director of Investments at Worklyn Partners and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Harbor IT, where he drives all aspects of the firm’s acquisition strategy. Since joining Worklyn, he has led five acquisitions that have expanded Harbor IT’s national footprint and strengthened its market position.

Before Worklyn, Max worked on the investment team at Sycamore Partners, a U.S.-based private equity firm, where he focused on transaction diligence, execution, and portfolio company support. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Centerview Partners in New York.

Max holds a BSBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.

No relation to Worklyn’s Co-Founder Zack Miller - just a coincidental shared last name.
