Johnny Lieberman is the Co-founder of Worklyn Partners and Chief Executive Officer of Harbor IT. In his dual role, he leads the strategy, growth, and integration of Worklyn and its operating platform as it continues to expand nationally through disciplined acquisitions and operational excellence.

Before founding Worklyn and Harbor IT, Johnny worked at Morgan Stanley in New York in Sales & Trading and Investment Banking, focusing on M&A and Technology Investment Banking. He also spent time at two investment managers, working on public and private investments involving operational turnarounds.

Johnny holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Emory University. He lives in New York, NY, with his wife, Hayley, and their daughter, Annie.
