We’re looking for founder-led Managed Service Providers (MSPs) that meet the following criteria:
Revenue: $5M-$75M
EBITDA: $500K–$5M (with $2M+ preferred)
Average Contract Value: Above $50K
Customer Base: Large SMB to midmarket (50–5,000 seats)
